1. Introduction
Welcome to Gen Vibe ("Platform"), an AI-powered collaborative music creation platform developed and operated by Karloom Entertainment ("Karloom Entertainment", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Platform at genvibe.fun and any of our related subdomains, services, or tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and have the full right, power, and authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the generative features of the Platform (such as lyrics and music synthesis), you are required to register an account via our secure authentication provider (Firebase Auth). You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
- Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account.
4. AI Content Generation & Intellectual Property Rights
Our Platform utilizes cutting-edge Generative AI models (hosted on our secure cloud architecture on Amazon Web Services) to co-create musical arrangements and lyrics based on your textual prompts.
- User Prompts & Lyrics: You retain ownership of any original text prompts, lyrics, or input parameters you submit to the Platform. You grant Karloom Entertainment a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your inputs to generate the output tracks.
- AI-Generated Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to download, play, and share the generated audio outputs for non-commercial or personal uses. For commercial distribution rights of AI-generated music, please consult our licensing portal or contact aswathy@genvibe.fun.com.
- Content Restrictions: You agree not to submit inputs (lyrics or genre descriptions) that are illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, hateful, defamatory, or infringe upon third-party copyrights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate content policies.
5. Cloud Service Infrastructure & Availability
Gen Vibe leverages high-performance Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure (including Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, S3, and ECS) to deliver real-time AI compositions. While we aim for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or modify the service for maintenance, updates, or model training improvements at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL Karloom Entertainment, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AWS CLOUD PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
7. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be indicated by revising the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Information We Collect
We are dedicated to safeguarding your personal privacy. When you interact with Gen Vibe, we collect the following categories of information:
- Account Credentials: Email addresses and login details processed securely through Firebase Authentication (a Google service). We do not store plain-text passwords on our servers.
- Platform Inputs: Original lyrics, prompt strings, tempo settings, and selected genres that you input into the composition console.
- Usage Metadata: Device parameters, approximate location (IP-based), and web analytics details used to monitor service health and optimize loading speeds.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your data strictly to deliver a premium generative experience, including to:
- Authenticate your user session and manage access controls.
- Process and feed text prompts to our AI Models (running in secure VPCs on Amazon Web Services) to synthesize audio tracks.
- Deliver personalized generated tracks (stored on Amazon S3) directly to your web browser.
- Prevent abuse, malicious activity, or API flooding.
3. Cloud Infrastructure & Data Storage (AWS)
All personal details, user-generated prompts, and completed audio tracks are processed and stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud servers. This setup incorporates industry-standard security measures, including:
- Server-Side Encryption (SSE) for all media assets stored in Amazon S3.
- Network isolation within an AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) to guard our model endpoints (Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock).
- Encrypted transport layers (SSL/TLS) for all communications between your browser and our platform.
4. Third-Party Subprocessors
We collaborate with select, highly secure platforms to operate our services:
- Firebase Auth: Used to manage user accounts, registration, and persistent sessions securely.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Our core hosting, compute, AI model inference, and asset storage provider.
- Gradio/Hugging Face: Used to host specific open-source prototype model interfaces.
5. Your Data Rights
